i won't say the romance drama ruins the plot because it doesn't work like that either but it kinda complicates plot... it's not that bad but it irks me since they are all caught up in their feelings and their savior complex tendencies, like everyone wants to save everyone else. that sounds more like a tragedy to me lmao but we'll see what happens in the future.
