I'm not going back to count but it feels like we've been stuck in the flashback longer than the present day（￣へ￣）literally feels like padding to me. not to mention that while maybe he wasn't *technically* a child the old mate viewing him as one/acting as a parental figure at first is still a massive turn off imo (⊙…⊙ ) when we get back to the present imma pretend everything but the critical plot points didnt happen lmao
