Girlie r u maybe anemic or low on iron? Bc I’m the same way , I get tired really easily too. Welp all i can say is js be kind and nice to ppl, and whenever u feel angry or frustrated, try looking at the sky for a minute or two. I do that, and it actually helps me calm down
