Personally, I'd keep it to myself. Mostly because it's something you heard secondhand from some drunk guy instead of witnessing yourself. That's just spreading rumors, even if there's probably truth to it. And if they're already splitting up what's even the point of telling her that? absolutely not. they want to control and isolate you. that's likely been his expectation the whole time you've known him if it's a "family tradition." this shit is more common than you think. "hey babe let's move closer to where my family are. for US" then bam, you have no friends, no family nearby, no work connections, no one to rely on except him...... reply
