Nope she’s not! There are a few times she hesitates (but that’s due to the situation/past/novel influence). She’s not stupid, or a porcelain doll that has everything handed to her.

yeah, she's not some dumb FL, she's smart and try to change the things around her; read it!
If you read the last chapter 51, there's the perfect example what I mean with unfinished revenge. Even her maid thinks she's doing too little, and she had the perfect chance to humiliate the villain in front of everyone too

The whole point of her not pushing more was to help her keep an eye on the antagonist (Diana), she’s scheming for the bigger picture since she doesn’t have proof she’s a heretic yet?
I understood that as intentional not that she was letting them get away. Also MC is the only one who really knows about Diana (except for probably ML). So it makes sense that the maid would think she’s being too kind but in reality she just trying to watch her since she hasn’t been able to find any evidence against her the past few years/during time skip.
Is this worth reading? Or is the MC a boneless/ spineless puppet?

I recommend you read others really, so you don't feel frustrated, her chances for reverge are always left unfinished...
