So it's kind of a cultural thing, the first thing to notice is sluts are always female or in the gay world bottoms but never the men, men are called players and are congratulated when they bang lots of people.
So why are women who sleep around a lot frowned upon? Well, that has the same answer to why women who are leaders are frowned upon or women who are aggressive or women who basically do a-stereotypical things
But in general I also don't like people who sleep with lots of people, because it's unsafe (stds) and because I think sex with love is better and less empty than sex without love. Hypocrite? Maybe. Shrug.

I don't don't dislike them. It's their life if they want to live loose. Some people just like the sex life so other's shouldn't assume they are "bad" people for wanting to have sex all the time with different people.

It also depends on what someone thinks a slut is. It seems to be one of those words people throw around even if the situation is different from the dictionary definition. Maybe it's cause the definition is so basic or general? For example, someone could think that if someone constantly cheats on their lover is a slut. But they wouldn't agree if it was someone just sleeping with a bunch of people with no strings attached and of course not cheating on anyone.
Though in my opinion, I think people should avoid calling people derogatory names for the sole purpose of insulting someone.

I dont actually give a fuck about how many people you have sex with the only reason I would only give fuck if I was dating you cause if you've been sleeping with so many people and in so many relationships I would wonder why it hasn't worked out with anyone before also if you've slept with a lot of people your more likely to have or have had a STI

Call me old-fashioned or whatever, but it's goes against my moral code. I find its increased acceptance in modern times pretty alarming. Don't care to give a reason.
