I have a theory after reading chapter 17. So if you haven't caught up, don't read.
Ryota warned his classmate not to talk to a dead person when they were kids - I think that's from personal experience. Since he said Chi was in the womb with him... what if that was his twin that he killed? I think there was a medical condition where one twin ends up absorbing/killing the other. And then the twin came back as a ghost and Ryota started talking to him, which ended up making the ghost more powerful. When the mom got pregnant again, the ghost ended up possessing the body of the new sibling.
And that is why the title is Ryota killed his brother. It refers to something that happened in the past (and maybe in the future, as an ending to this manga?)
You can read chapters 8 and 9 if you know Spanish: https://tumangaonline.me/library/manga/33109/Raise-wa-Tanin-ga-Ii
Am I the only one who is really creeped out by the guy? It feels like he is seriously mentally unstable. He gives so many yandere vibes... especially in chapter 2.
Nah, he seems sweet but he also seems like he’d lock you up if you ever tried to break up with him, so yeah...
wonder if he'd end up like:

as a dad?

I'm not sure how I feel about this manga... I like the art style a lot, the plot on paper sounds really interesting, like something I'd really enjoy. But I think the main problem is that the side characters' stories don't leave any sort of impact on me. They are introduced very quickly, the main character doesn't seem to be attached to them or to really try to stop them from dying. Basically, this is supposed to be a dark/psychological manga, but I feel nothing most of the time. I feel like we need some sort of main plot to focus on, and have more focus on the main characters instead of the current format, which is killing a girl quickly in each arc (which is just 2-3 short chapters).
Truth is, I think that's intentional. It shows how misogynistic the mc really is, viewing women and their life as nothing but disposable and a means to an end which is to fulfill his own desires. But I agree we should start getting a more solid plot from now on
the mc so real
