It’s crazy that Gino says what he said to Luka but then goes back for the Omega he purposely abandoned and tries to wreck his newfound happiness. I guess he wanted his cake and to eat it too (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ I don't believe in the second couple at all. I'm sure he just wanted someone who loves him to stay by his side. He did not seem sincere when confessing.
