I think whats gonna happen is that she marry him. Junpei will tell her to do it because its the best case scenario for her.
The letter we see at the end is a letter that she get sent to junpei after she dies. Because ofc shes gonna die first with her health problems.
So we get a bittersweet ending of everyone staying alive, but not ending up with the main couple
this was literally my theory too ive always had a feeling the guy a start was shinpei and this is just adding to it

Having the possibility of doing bugs of that scales, killing other players, that kind of cheating but mostly they didnt fix gameplay breaking bugs before the end of the event? Also not having a moderator joining after so many report? And the lack of log! Urgh! Horrible game i would uninstall asap !
First page def is the type of thing to make you believe it end bad.
But :
1) goto(or whatever his name is) is clearly old.
2) She said she got married too.
3) the letter mention her being at her limit.
Kinda sound to me she died of old age before him because of her health. So like an happy ending.
Probably wasnt self defense because the guy wasnt a danger anymore or something. Gosh im so use to seeing in stories 'it was self defense', when their is totally ground to argue if it was actually self defense in real life.
like us as reader 'yeah hit that bitch' but in real life the legal system goes probably would be 'was this really necessary'
