She HAS to know about the first prophecy where Iana has to get killed for the sake of her getting more power. That’s why she forgives Iana no matter what and she is so overly nice to her. Her having some serious yandere looks whenever Iana gets insulted, particularly by her closest circle, almost makes me suspect she knows. Ginoford’s grandma said that Ginoford (used to now, at this point) believe that a person’s awful nature can change with enough compassion. Maybe Konoha also believes that; she believes if just treats Iana with enough kindness, if she just insists to everyone hard enough, she can subvert this prophecy.
