Kumakumappyong's Things

I like a simple one 2 eggs, 2tbsp milk, salt, pepper, beat Butter on pan, pour the egg, beat it in the pan and spread it into an omelette and fold it when its still runny, serve it on top of hot rice Its like half way japanese omelette Tho my absolute fav is that instead of butter, I use Coconut oil.
