For anyone that has read a few BL story that has a chasing arc. This is an a good example of what it should look like it shouldnât be short or shouldnât be too long. Where would it shouldnât be short as where it would upset the readers that the bottom has no standards and it should be too long where it drags out the story!!
This is the perfect chasing arc. Iâd like I like to see in stories in man was it wasnât too short, and it wasnât too long and the bottom held his ground, even after admitting that he still like the top he still had morals and cut contact regardless of his feelings. This is exactly what I like to stories morals, value and standards in a character which they themselves uphold.
I know I am pointing it out again, but it is still so mind blowing how much respect and value the bottom has for himself, giving himself time to HEAL from an obviously broken state. He was in and putting his feelings aside for half a year and focusing on his work and his self, you donât get that in a lot of stories and I respect it. Making it clear that youâre not selling yourself and stuff like that. It is just so important in a story, where the bottom has debt;which also brings out itâs a realism. I really loved him.
I really loved how this manwha shows the realism in the story unlike most BL stories. Mostly bottom has no morals, values whatever and theyâll take the top back regardless even if they were graped, Saâd, or not even being treated like a decent human being and a piece of meat to be used ;for literally anything!!
the top I love how he realized that not everything could be fixed with money (common sense)and he didnât go to overboard (also common sense) or do anything to the bottom , no touch him inappropriately, no SA, no getting physical or angry and just respected him entirely!!! it was lovely. Ik this is basic human decency but itâs so rare in BL stories I feel the need to praise it
What kinda of cliffhanger is that
