As Japanese manga says, Black Company. Curse those executives who only know how to profit off of others. I wish they go bankrupt or something.

Looking for a manga

Hey guys! I need a little bit of help. I'm looking for a manga but the only thing I remember is that the seme died, was reincarnated but I think he lost his memories of the uke. Something like that. I totally forgot the story. Sorry for being not giving more information. (￣∇￣")

I don't remember the story quite well but it's about 2 young guys. I think they're friends or best friends. Fell in love during their youth but decided to break up because it is not normal. They went theyre6separate ways after HS. One guy got married while the other remained single. Married guy became widowed and still couldn't forget the other guy. They met again coincidentally and got back together until their deathbeds. Lots of information missing but hopefully someone could help me. Thanks.
