Nope, he took it not her. It's explained to be a male birth control medicine when he got it many chapters ago. He got and took it because he was worried that Ines' health isn't good enough to survive pregnancy & childbirth and he couldn't bear the thought of losing her

oh damn but still communication is there to be used. they should literally just sit down and talk it out it’s getting so frustrating
