I was really hoping Persen would change with is father gone, and he’d get some psychiatric help. Since there does seem to some original story plot driving force controlling them I’d hoped he’d overcome it like the rest of the characters. I’m also a little disappointed that his mother hasn’t had really any role to play. I felt like that in the beginning it hinted that she’d have a more important role.
At least the MC and ML will end up happy! ╮(￣▽￣)╭
