This story is so similar to a novel called "You've Reached Sam" by Dusting Thao. The boyfriend also dies in an accident and the girl is able to connect to him though her cellphone. At the end, she is finally able to accept his death and move on with her life. It also made me cry. This story is so similar that I'm feeling emotional while typing this message too :(

So basically in Ch 23, Mokyeon (the white haired guy - the top) takes Nanjossi (my spelling might be wrong; the black haired guy - the bottom) on a date. Their ride was on Mokyeon's scooter (which looked really absurd and funny). He made Nanjssi wear a cat-like helmet. They stopped at a bridge where they bickered about each other's weights (a cute moment you can say). They decided to have burgers from Burger King. While waiting for their order, they went to a photo booth and clicked pics (Mokyeon launched a boob attack on Nanjossi; nothing horny, it was just funny and cute). While having the burgers at a nearby park, they were having a cute moment tpgether. As soon as Mokyeon thought of kissing Nanjossi, it started raining.
