Its a bl manga. All i can remember is the mc shifted into a dif dimension where hes greeted by a dragon? Guy king? Prince? God? saying hes his chosen one/lover and he has a lil frog assistant/butler.. i remember faintly that in the latest chapters ive read they had a lil baby and the kid was also a dragon
