I don't remember anymore but from my memory, uke(inseob) liked seme(Philip, his American name) first before he found out Philip was Jenny's crush. Inseob(Peter, his American name) didn't know Philip and Jenny's crush was the same person, but somehow he found out after. Philip and Peter's first meet was when Peter was learning Korean language (from my memory). So I think you're wrong, Inseob had always have crush on Philip/Wooyeon.
