objectively how popular do u think mangago really is? because i recently saw an insta reel about jujucat and i was like ???? none of my friends knew about this site so I wasn't expecting a lot but realistically it is one of the BEST manga sites no ads, good community, quality uploads and vast selection like what's there not to like?

but serious talk here, I think it all depends which pirated site comes to list first when searching any random chapters of whatever piece of media, and it's never this site, it's always places like mangatoto, mangabudy, and whatever other weird shi. I think it matters much that this site chapter links are actually ads.
So i believe this place is mostly popular by word, (which is a lot), rather than by new users. Also, reuploaders of this site in those sites. That's how I first found this place, the big watermark
yea true my friends find it a hassle to make an account here and then get to reading when in other sites its read without any problem but idgaf as long as this stays up like its really a good gift

honestly the new yaois don't hit anymore. at least not the popular ones on the home page other than a few exceptions (can't think straight). most of them have the same overused concept or abo. as someone who started reading this when manhwas like dangerous convenience store, bj alex, painter of the night etc was either newly completed or uploading. its quite disheartening to wake up to no uploads and scrolling through the home screen and finding nothing.
