Both my parents cheated on each other and at first I was very angry at both of them. I cursed out my dad and mom. I found the woman my dad cheated with and cussed her out and was scolded by my dad. And honestly what really worked (for me at least) was holding my parents accountable for their actions. Like Yh they cheated and hurt......
