Might I remind you guys that there were NO INSTANCE in the series that gave these characters a chance to be alone and have THAT MOMENT together where-in the "Could there be a chance that he likes me?" moment. Like for the second couple, for example.
Dan and Jaekyung's relationship was purely physical. And in order to transform that into a 'romantic' relationship, the author does very poorly about it and just casually uses the cliche troupes.
Instead of them fucking again, it would've been better if Jaekyung used Dan' s grandma to get closer to him all for the guise of "getting him to back with him to korea". And from that, their relationship would somehow become something more with depth than just purely lust and sex.
The author could've done so much better than giving us this shit of a chapter. Sigh.
