I also have a theory that it wasn't Utou's memories on pg. 25 but rather Shiratori's I think that blonde omega is his previous omega partner (same guy that runs into Sumi's club crying) I think it was all a part of Shiratori's plan that blonde omega was his "excuse" for visiting the club often (remember he lied to Sumi about going there but had a member card) and Shiratori is using whoever he needs to get what he wants
