Does anyone have any recs that have competent FLs and no harem. Preferable if theyre adults too cause most of the ones i see they are kids and im a bit over it at this point. Also does anyone know the name of this manga by any chance, all I remember was she had a heart problem and was going to die early and that he was quite unhinged. thanks
