I think this story would be a lot better if the prosecutor knew the priest was a killer and just didn’t care. Coz thats what everyone thought anyway, it’s not like the priest was really hiding it. Now the prosecutor looks like a fucking idiot. Still love this series tho

He was just in denial. I mean, yes, he didn't HAVE ALL the clues but the priest keeps presenting them more and more and yet he still didn't consciously admit to the truth. I think. Willingness to accept is not same as not knowing..

No way he's that oblivious and able to do his job well thus far. Could be expression of being flabbergasted. Or just sheer disbelief. He was hoping the serial killer wasn't as depraved as he thought he was. Surprise, disappointment, disbelief. Denial

they made the second ml rape the mc because there was literally no universe where he’s the bad option. mc shouldve picked him absolutely. even after the rape he probably still shouldve coz the first ml was clearly coercing him into sex by threatening his friend so even in the battle of the rapists the second ml still comes out on top
