And ido not knowing any better assumed Sejin chose his family over ido. Feeling betrayed N all he mistreated ido, did non con sex and the list goes on. Sejin didn't even have a nice room to live in when he stayed with ido in the past life. One day he was sick and ido's brother happen to be home cuz ido said he prepared a gift for the brother. The brother saw Sejin and thought it was the gift ido prepared for him so he raped Sejin and then Later when ido gets home he misunderstands everything and also rapes Sejin. Sejin at this point is completely broken beyond and after finding out he's pregnant he shoots himself with the pistol in ido's study. Ido realises his mistakes too late and dies(??) not too long after. Then the second timeline begins.

All the dreams and memories Jung Sejin has of being raped are all from his past life.
