Looking for a manga I read a lot time ago

I've been trying to find a manga I read a very long time ago. Its one of the very first yaoi managa I've read and i don't remember the title. So its about a dude who was low on money and ranted a cheap place. The owner of the place and him felt in love. The seme has blond hair and has a kinda muscular body type while the uke has black hair. They also share the place with other characters. Its kinda similar to Recipe no Oujisama. Please help, any suggestions may be able to help me find it. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
