Why did the last panel show him in the hospital with the dialogue talking about hurting him the worst
I get that Ethan is hot as stated by the text and having him half naked during his bath scene makes sense. What doesn't make sense is having Ethan naked (while she fully clothed) as his on top of Dorothea, are they having sex(no) they are just making out, was it an illusion to them having sex (outside?) So the main character is discovered to have connections(in the novel at least) with India gods such as Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva.
