I’m not sure why yaoi always finds interest in incorporating rape tropes into shit as if the plot alone couldn’t have worked on its own. like, how is it fun or interesting that a victim gets to end up with their rapist/abuser and live “happily ever after” where’s the desirability in that? i genuinely don’t get it. i started this and found myself crying for the mc by chapter 9 and immediately dropped it by 10. i can’t read shit like this but it feels like comics and novels with an interesting plot always has this crap in it.
