I think that him and his old underling should be together they didn't get there chance because of his family and because his position. Let's honestly think about this. Maybe this is his second chance to be with the one he truly was ment to be with and this was his best option for there happiness so he got reincarnated. Not just to help the guys sister but also so he can have the happy ending he deserves. Like come on those two were ment to be.
