I absolutely love it. And I try to (somewhat) order them based on how much I liked them. So I keep ones I really didn’t like at the bottoms, favorites at the top, and ones I enjoyed anywhere in between

Yep. I have a column for what chapter I’m on, and also state whether it’s ongoing or completed so I know if I’m waiting for updates or simply have it on hold or whatever. Cause sometimes I start a story and just don’t pick it back up for a long time.

I’m a huge list person so I actually enjoy making lists LMAO. I also write the tropes (student x student, omegaverse, etc.) in case I’m in the mood to look for something specific to read. But yeah, definitely recommend making a list because it really sucked when this website went down and I couldn’t remember most stories I read/wanted to read :’)

Help mine are literally just if they are crybaby tops or are they cute tops. And either if I want to just reread them to feel something.

It’s gone to the point where I have to always say no rape or SA when asking for recommendations bc people love, recommending their rape yaoi slop stories without giving any warning

I personally think its a great plot device that shouldn't be overused. It doesn't have to be explicit but most of them make it that way which pisses me off. I've read your eternal lies and I think that still sticks to me as a standard for authors who do decide to include it. I'm sick of excuses like the ones you said, but for one thing I can accept is when a story centers a setting which breeds those kinds horror in which they don't pretend to deceive. I don't think about those stories.

not in a sense of enriching a story solely because of that. You wouldnt enjoy something that could've happened to you right? Its relief to see it talked about properly and not shying away from it. To summarize, you wont see me normalizing it but its not forbidden.

I’m not really understanding your point I don’t think stories that romanticize rape should exist at all I think it’s totally different if it’s well written and bring awareness to rape victims if that’s what you’re trying to say but I don’t think that’s what OP is talking about they are specifically talking about how people should stop recommending stories where they end up with their rapist.

It's honestly so disheartening how talented some of these authors are but they choose to write cheap rape stories. The readers who eat it up are also part of them problem. After all, where there's demand, there's supply.

At some point, I think that the society has it normalized and these authors don't realize it?
Because isn't normal the amount of stories that has it

For me when they use it for plot it’s always an outsider never like the ML that does it which I don’t mind bc it shows growth and it can be cute it honestly just bugs me when it’s the ML and the other person just doesn’t grow a backbone and run and this is so normalize in many straight stories which I kinda just dropped so many of them ty action manhwas for keeping me sane

Yep once again back to the blame of the readers that normalized it and authors saw what gets popular and they need to keep that going just to making a living
