I like the story and complex and gross politics but fuck the ml. I don’t need or want him near her. He is a POS even if he was struggling in the same system. He really hasn’t even changed, just got a chance to do better. He is STILL treating her like property that he needs to fight his mom for.
The only reason I even entertain his presence was for his awesome hair ( RIP Haku Hair )They cut his beautiful hair and I cut my interest. Now he just looks the same an he’s always been. Giving me and FL ptsd vibes.
I do love seeing the FL grow into someone stronger though. She has family and friends.
