Maybe I'm being biased hut this feels lack luster because we didn't see much of the chasing arc, like if we actually saw the ml taking on the case to be with the mc, him recognizing where he went wrong, even when he found him and decided to still keep away to respect the mc wishes it would've felt more satisfying.
