although it is undeniable that alfonso did cheat, lets consider the fact that hes in an arranged marriage (w/ no love involved). thats exactly the situation in the broken ring but im curious why the audience's perspective is different? like ines cheated because her fiance was shit and everyone was cheering for her (which i think is valid) but now u guys arent letting alfonso go? ik they have different circumstances but theyre both still comparable. i wouldve agreed to the alfonso slander if his situation is like sovieshu's from remarried empress. because that son of a bitch is what we really call a nasty cheater!! sovieshu was romantically linked with neveah, despite that he cheated. while as for alfonso's case, hes just being pushed to this marriage, hes not romantically linked with that hoe. do yall expect for him to be head over heels towards a woman who crossed his boundaries NUMEROUSS times? yet alone stay loyal???
that thing aside, i think it was a shitty time for alfonso to kiss ari i get hes in love and all that but hoe let her mourn first. ari still needs to get her ass up and burn the de mare household. atp im not rlly that much invested of the romance, i dont rlly find it that pleasing as much as the revenge in this story. i heard somewhere that arabella's death is the one that ignites ari's revenge into a greater fire. im so excited omg
