Happened to me too, to fix I just close my eyes (to avoid spoilers) and scroll up slowly. Sometimes I press the go back button and then the chapter again. I don't think this problem is on computers.
I think its because the pages are loading. Pages loading might cause the pages to move by themselves. That happens to me sometimes, too. In that case, i would refresh/reload my screen or simply just wait for it to load. Don't worry about it too much, although sometimes it gets really annoying as it also spoils the whole episode (ノ｀Д´)ノ彡┻━┻
Is it just me, or is the website crashing? When I scroll down, the screen goes back up, or sometimes it doesn't work at all?
