I have a very vague memory of reading this and it's title but the beginning always stuck with me. It was drawn in black/white or maybe flat colors I believe? One of the MCs are standing on a balcony, smoking and speaking about going out to a party and leaving the other MC tied up. He says something about him running away? But the other MC is shown to be tied up on the floor while the other male burns out his cigarette then leaves the room
