For me, it depends on how interesting the plot is, but it can also be based on the quality of the translation/the effort put in. I have waited for updates on mangas that need to be translated only to get one chapter after waiting for over a year (which is fine by me lolol). Mine personally is re-uploads of completed stories or ones that haven't update in a while, especially when the re-upload uses their English name.
