rereading this after 2 years made me realize Cassian deserves a happy ending too, with his girl (not rael or maybe her). i know yall don't agree with it and think he's a scum but Cassian's story was set in stone, like that was his storyline in the novel that fl isekai-ed into.
You might ask that others were able to diverge from their written storyline, why couldn't cassian? The reason is very simple. Because of Yunifer obviously. She was the reason the people around her changed BUT cassian and her had zero interaction, so she had no effect on changing cassian's storyline.
BUT you know who had the influence to change cassian's fate ? Ishid. I love this man but i cant lie that he could've actually done something to help cassian.
Cassian, being the dumb bitch, he was, just wanted to protect rael. But Ishid was a character who had 'awareness' yk due to Yunifer while Cassian was just a npc. Ishid knew Cassian ways were wrong but still choose to remain silent. I'm not blaming him entirely bcs there could be a possibility of Cassian not listening to the advice but still a heads up would've been nice.
Anywho, Cassian also went through a difficult time due to the stupid bastard king. I wish he could've gotten a happy ending as well. ╥﹏╥

I can't be the only one who read the story properly ?? Time skip was not ass. The time skip happened bcs Rael's soul was disappearing and Cassia wanted to save her son so she requested Remiel to do something to save Rael and this was the solution. If she had waited for 2 years like following the nature of time, her son would've died and would not be reincarnated. Some of yall comprehension level is outstanding smh.
Also idk who tf said that Remiel is basically Cassia's sibling and Lucy's uncle....... yall they are not blood related and you do know that once he becomes a human, he wouldn't have any memories of this whole thing (thats what is implied rn but im not sure if the author would hint at otherwise but still-) he would be born to other people like his parents wouldn't be Cassia's parents.
With the way that Remiel explained the timeskip, I thought that only the environment would have a timeskip and not the characters (so the only thing changing would be the date). Maybe that’s why people are confused?
