it's about a pair of siblings, one got pregnant w the guy the other liked. the one who got pregnant died and when the mc went to visit his grave, only then he found out that he regretted going into heat and stealing the guy he liked. iirc, the siblings did love each other and each had their own regrets.

I'm sad the art changed. :') the old one grew on me and I kinda like how distinct each of them were. but now it seems like it's more generic/palatable for the everyday reader. T-T
