do you think it's possible that og hikaru's soul still 'exists' inside the hole dimension? do we know if the soul of the body nonunki-san possesses completely disappears or no?

I think og hikaru's soul is eaten by unuki-san. That's why unuki-san can grant hikaru's wish(Unuki has to do something before he grant someone's wish).
Because in the last ch unuki-san want to eat yoshiki's soul to grant yoshiki's wish, but he can't(the item protected yoshiki from unuki).

Damnnn so og hikaru gone gone? Kinda makes me sad that he not in no type of afterlife or nun I was hoping he’d magically come back. even him nd yoshiki meeting in the afterlife would’ve been a happy ending for me ╥﹏╥
since the girl didn't die, my delusional theory of og hikaru's soul floating somewhere out there might not be THAT stupid? maybe there's still a way to put him back in his body (coping)
The whole point and the whole tragedy of this is that Hikaru has died. He is never coming back. His reanimated corpse walks around inhabited by an eldritch horror, the circuits in his brain feeding it the memories, his life, and experiences, but our Hikaru is dead and gone. We chase his spectre like Yoshiki does, he’s a charismatic dude indeed. Talk about haunting the narrative. But you already knew that so why am being an asshat by explicitly saying this? Idk
