I had left this at ch 20 so i came back and kept reading from there. The art changed. A LOT. And even tho i wasnt a fan of how the faces were drawn originally i do think it changed for the worst now bc, idk, i feel like it lost it's uniqueness? :/ not abt the faces i mean the composition and the coloring
Okay so personally i am not triggered by this but i do kinda hate that neither the publisher or the author put a trigger warning since that was obviously non consensual (literally rape)
It's a little bit sad if they don't believe it was needed or worse, if they don't believe a situation like that could be categorized as abuse
So i read all 55 chapters so let me share my thoughts.... I really liked it (at first) then it just started to become real messy, i think the change in the translation helped to that. I felt the story didnt know who the main character was and by that who the main villain was too bc what the hell happened to the old american guy at the end?? He got dropped like in the middle of the story. I hated kid and i hated Daniel by proxy, it was very lazy how fast his change of heart was and how he miraculously fell in love with the teenager (yikes) so i'm glad they didnt end together. Kids story also was left open but i understand what happened to the artist and also idgaf abt kid LOL
NEXT im not a fan of the change of artstyle. it started very unique and they just turned into a Pearl boy copy. Also i'm very curious abt this being the same artist as Profundis bc they don't look alike at all
I'm on chapter 30 please tell me the second couple does not get a happy ending i hate them both SO much
