I believe I have found the manga that you are looking for, but that panel isn't in the manga. The art is definitely the same though, so I think that panel may be from an extra that is not out yet. Here ya go though! :D

I’m looking for a particular story. I think this happens in the extras of the story?

The couple is established. They are about to celebrate an anniversary of some kind, but the present the uke bought didn’t arrive in time. Uke doesn’t say this, though and offers sex as a present instead. The seme sighs and asks if sex is all the uke ever thinks about. Seme then leaves the uke coldly and goes to a bar or cafe with a friend to complain. Meanwhile uke is packing up to leave.
