I think the mom is going to lowkey scold Jaehyuk and Garam and then say something like "I can't believe you wasted money on this house" or something along those lines which then would suprise Garam. *INSERT SPONGEBOB MEME* "YOU WHAT!" and then Garam proceeds to scold this man. *WALK HIM LIKE A DOG SIS* Which then the mom sees how her son has changed and how Garam got him on a tight leash and she starts to respect their relationship especially Garam.
