I love how he didn't go straight to hating humans. In fact, he started with loving humans. But gradually, he began to hate them after seeing what they have done. That is.. Until he rebirthed as a human. His character development is also absolutely good. And the story focuses on romance every now and then but its practically invisible. I also love how he went from destroying humanity to protecting humanity.
