for some reason i resonate alot with the father. he didn’t like that he loved him. but he did. his choices up to that point was so he could avoid his love for him, because if he didn’t he would never be able to love anybody else—and that’s exactly what happened. imo, he never loved mami like that. and mami never liked him. i love the symbolism for stars at the peak points of chapter, and the pacing is so artistically literated i couldn’t stop hurting i actually really liked this story idc
