It’s been awhile since I remember. Romantic fantasy. I remember there being two sisters and they are actually supportive of eachother. The one is special (can’t remember why) so the parents and other dote on her more than our MC but are not abusive. The sister I think may be either isekai or reincarnated so really tries to support MC. The parents just have poor communication skills. She likes the ML but comes to the wrong conclusion that he likes the sister and leaves the house. There’s something significant about shoes. The Mc either develops and gifts a special shoe or get gifted the shoes.
