Obviously if you didn't read that far - Spoilers ahead.
So for now we heard that he's the one who wanted everyone else to turn into monsters (seems possible). I want to see next chapter to see how they got close to each other and what almost killed him back them and how and why killed that girl (i can guess that somehow it involves girls shown in latest chapters and their scheme, but I'll wait patiently), but I'm pretty sure that he survived because of monsters regeneration ability.
I'm not sure if it's just a translation but she said that he also WAS a monster and i wonder if it was situational or maybe not full transformation since he didn't heal his leg magically after last incident... i hope translations come up quickly since it's getting more and more interesting.
Also i find it interesting that the monster searching group (seemed to be led by their blonde friend) keeps eye on MC, since they suspect him of being one of the monsters but don't have the evidence. But at the same time i want to know how they come together and started this search and how they connected it to MC and his monster Girlfriend.
