one time, for 10 days.
i had meningitis, they took a mri scan and spinal fluid samples. i couldn't sit straight for days after that. and they used to change the wrist the iv fluid was attached to every 2 days, which was painful. hell, even getting meds through the iv each morning and evening was painful.
