I torture myself with confusion because I read the same arc and scenes of the manhwa and novel chapters and mix up the different versions.
I'm a bit annoyed with myself reading the new chapters because it took too long I lost a bit of interest because I already read the novel since I saw the first chapter of the manhwa. still thankful of the new chapters because this arc and the next arcs are the action pack ones.

good thing Tiktok fyp reminded me of this manhwa. it has been a while and didn't think too much of the next update because I had finished reading the novel months before the manhwa started.

I really wish for a fic of Ilay's observation or hearing Taeui's inner monologues in these chapters 115~119. Ilay would really love to know how Tauei's monologue of his realizations really is opposite of Ilay's weird focus on Xinlu.
Gotta enjoy the rest of this season 1-3 chapters maybe before shit hits the fan especially on next season like the novel vol 6 focusing on the twins and confessions and chaos.

even rereading and trying to be hype from the chapters at the beginning the ending is so meh. like it feels rush and lacking. they need some 5 chapters more like the chairman and uke. uke and alpha establishing their relationship. like announce their pairing to the restaurant/bar people. smh. I need to find the novel if there are details not included in the manhwa for better rating.sigh
I ignored this because of no or slow update but fortunately I already done reading the novel so I'm not annoyed with the story because the fighting is near and the mess with the royal family.
