like others have said, usually I would be put off when they so blatantly changed his appearance just to look like a stereotypical twink, but idk he is just so himself that I can’t help but find it endearing. I think despite the awkward change, they still made it work!

I don’t even care if there’s a plot twist that turns out he was lying I don’t even care, it’s unlikely and even if it’s so I just can’t see liking or even sympathising or even interested in a story with a character like this. Listen, I can read dark stories, some with even darker plots then this one, but the writing and the way it’s handled is so weird.
the author is so good at conveying unsaid yearning through the expressions. like they are just looking or even glancing at eachother and I can literally HEAR the sentimental music playing. I know this one gonna hurt
