I have read this x amount of times and I just noticed...... did the author put their "positions" in bed.

Abusers are never abusive from the start. I'm thankful that so many have never been in this situation but before you judge the MC, you should learn about how abusers basically train - aka manipulate - their victims to blame themselves for how they are treated.

Most victims of abuse, before they met their abuser, also said "I'd never stay" or "why did they stay so long".

Their abusers love bomb, dig out our insecurities, and once their claws are in they start testing and breaking down our boundaries. Using our insecurities againist us. Weakening our dignity, self respectful, tolerance, and more.


They push us till we feel trapped, like we deserve this treatment, and we convince ourselves that with patience and love they will go back to the person they were. That they can change for the better.

And why wouldn't we? They changed before? Why not again?

The MC is a victim. He isn't stupid.

We all could easily find ourselves in an abusive relationship.

People may hate Hyesung for what he did in the past. But if you put yourself in his shoes, I doubt anyone would be much different. Its not like he and Dojin fell in love and had a baby. Imagine thinking you were an alpha your whole life just life to go "jk you are an omega". Whom in my mangas dont get the best end of the shit stick. Then you get pregnant and the guy keeps pushing his desires and wishes on you. You who's life was turned upside! The emotional, mental, and physical trauma of that on top of having a baby!

Hyesung is a complex and slightly more realistic character who is put in a situation that makes us the readers uncomfortable. We can judge from our high horse but we would all react like Hyesung in his situation.

Hyesung may not have wanted Byul but he does love and adore him. I dont think he spoils Byul to make up for his past but because Hyesung truly loves with him with his whole heart.

If anything his mother abandonment likely spurs him to show his love for his kids more. He isnt over compensating due to guilt but bc of his own trauma.

I kinda hate her even after chapter 25. I know that she's young but still testing/teasing/manipulating her sister is such a dick move.

Omg the hung is in love and they need to talk...... but I won't lie I love the irritation and suspense of the agony to cover.

I am so glad they didn't make him become an omega. The author could had closed more loose strings but honestly I like the where and how it ended. I do wish though they had a baby - bc it would be so stinking cute (like look at Noah!). In the first ABO I ever read, a beta could get pregnant with an alpha but it was just insanely harder than an Alpha-omega couple.
